Quality Assurance and Complaints Process

Mumbles Photography is a sole trader. Its photographer Clive Jones is highly qualified and has a range of experience. The style, ability and creativity of Clive Jones' Photography is well suited to meet a range of client needs, including children.

Mumbles Photography aims to provide clients with high quality photography.

Mumbles Photography is passionate and committed to high standards of quality; valuing and meeting the needs of each client on an individual basis. Their service therefore strives to meet and exceed client expectations, going 'that extra mile' to ensure the best client service and photographic results.

The following processes and procedures are in place to ensure an excellent quality photographic service:

  • 1. Regular gathering of and monitoring of customer feedback during and post-contract
  • 2. Continuous training and development of skills & knowledge
  • 3. Risk assessments against each project when required
  • 4. Quality checks to ensure continually high standards in the execution and delivery of photographic work
  • 5. Our clients can be assured that Mumbles Photography has both professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Certificates available on request.

Our complaints/returns policy is as follows:

At Mumbles Photography we will always endeavour to produce quality prints and enlargements. Any damaged orders must be made known to Mumbles Photography immediately or within 24 hours of receipt.

Defective items:
You can return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see 'To return an item' below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Delivery charges:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.

To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging (if possible). Then send to the address below:
